Standard Shipping only outside the United States:

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Due to the fragile nature of our products, Insurance is required on all purchases and is calculated at checkout. |
| Returns |
We accept returns on all items from prior years that are not in the condition that was indicated in the description. Note that 2008 ornaments are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances. These are brand new and never used, sold as-is, and clearly marked as such in the product description.
Again, we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping and recommend buying the optional USPS insurance. However, if you feel that the item you received is not exactly what you purchased from us, please let us know!
