1. Yes, we buy large and small collections all the time.  Please email us to discuss the details of your particular collection. [ Top ]
2. Yes, we ship all over the world every week.  Shipping and Handling charges are below. [ Top ]
3. We ship our packages either Standard Shipping or Priority Mail in the U.S, and 1st Class International Mail for all International Orders (More details below).

   There may be additional shipping charges that may apply for heavy weight items.  These fees are posted on the individual item description page.  Additional shipping charges are not eligible for any Free Shipping offers we may be running at any certain time.  International Customers: Customs and duty fees for Canadian and International orders are the responsibility of the customer and have nothing to do with Ornaments4less.com.  Please contact your local Customs office for additional information.  [ Top ]
   
4. Items are packaged and sent out within 5 working days of payment; though often the same day as your payment is received [ Top ]
5. All of our listings state whether it is a miniature ornament or not.  If the description does not say that it is a Miniature, then it is a full size ornament. [ Top ]
6. All of our ornaments come in their original boxes unless otherwise noted in the description.  The description will also let you know the condition of the box, from Damaged to Mint, or if there is no box at all. [ Top ]
7. Prices for the same ornament can vary due to the box condition.  All products are Near Mint to Mint, unless otherwise described in the product title and description:
   
   • Mint - new and box (nearly) perfect
   • Near Mint - slight imperfection on the product
   • SDB - Slightly Damaged Box (small crease or ding)
   • DB - Damaged Box (ornament is fine, just box is damaged)

8. Hallmark stopped putting memory cards in their ornaments in 2005.  So the most likely reason your card does not have a memory card is that it was made in 2006 or later. [ Top ]
9. We accept credit cards and Paypal on our web site (personal checks and money orders by special arrangement.) [ Top ]
10. All Ornaments sold by Ornaments4less.com come from a smoke-free enviroment. [ Top ]
11. Though our inventory has over 60,000 items, we are contantly adding to it.  Visit our web site often to look for new and featured items.  However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in and don't see it here, please contact us and we will make every effort to locate it for you! 12. We only accept returns on items that are not in the condition that was indicated in the description within 10 days of delivery. If you feel that the item you received is not exactly what you purchased from us, please let us know.  [ Top ]
13. If we do decide to accept a return (see #11 above), there is a 15% restocking fee.  We will only refund the purchase price (not shipping or insurance).   [ Top ]
